Scandinavian DJ Mad Mats, who runs the long-running Raw Fusion club in the heart of Stockholm, compiled this jazz mixtape in honour of his friends Gaspar and Isaías, who deejay at the El Junco jazz club in Madrid, Spain.
Fans of jazz-dance DJs like Gilles Peterson and Patrick Forge will be shuffling their feet to Mad Mats’ “favourite jazz tunes”, which he “simply put together for you to play at home, in your car or phones”. What a wonderful idea. You can download Para El Junco from here.
