Freddie Joachim (pronounced Jo-ah-kim) has been deejaying since the mid ’90s, collecting nuggets of hip hop, jazz and soul along the way. Between DJ sets, the California-based artist has produced music for the likes of Aloe Blacc, Blu and Carlitta Durand, alongside his own material, such as the 2012 album Fiberglass Kisses.

Every so often Joachim treats his fans with a free download, the most recent of which is Leaves, a six-track EP of laid-back instrumentals underpinned by some forthright hip hop beats.
