4hero’s Marc Mac and Brooklyn MC T.R.A.C link up to create The Network, a soulful hip hop album
The internet allows musicians to transfer large files across even larger distances, a fact not lost on 4hero’s Marc Mac. He, along with Brooklyn-born MC T.R.A.C (aka Terry Nickz), has created The Network, a transatlantic project borne of the pair’s mutual love of hip hop. Files have been zinging back and forth between the duo.
Fans of old hits by fellow New Yorker CL Smooth (and Pete Rock) will appreciate Marc Mac’s soulful production on songs like It’s Alright and Somn’ For Your Ears.
If you enjoy the album tracks on this page, look out for The Network, which is scheduled for release in late April 2011 on BBE Records.
